With the vaccine distribution? The United States is practically giving them out like candy.
I don't know a single person IRL who hasn't at least received their first dose yet.

the conservative government privatized an important lab that was producing vaccines in the 80s so now we cant produce anything domestically and have to rely on other countries to give us vaccines.

yeah its really setting us back HARD, especially considering a number of the provincial governments, notably ontario, are having the most embarrassing response..... we keep opening everything and then closing... its ridiculous
