I personally didn't like this, as there was literally NOTHING to base this off of and it essentially sent home a really strong personality home (Risha), who could have played a huge role in the season.
Super fun twist to watch, and great opportunity to take out strong players... except the HoH was in the wrong person's hands this week :( So sad that Naeha couldn't fully pull out that competition she was slaying.
Nice try, but the HoH won and blew that twist up. LMFAO! This was essentially the first twist that was implemented to help the underdogs of the season.
Who doesn't love this twist?! Oh yeah- the players themselves. Great opportunity for someone to return with vengeance and shake up the house.. and who better to do it than Sindy? Sad she only stayed 280 hours, but she definitely had lots of people HOOKED even to the live feeds! LOVE HER.
#6 - Hit that Buzzer for 10k and a One-Way Trip out the Door!
I cannot see anyone ever hitting that button, and if they do they're disgusting. People would do ANYTHING to be on the show, and to evict yourself for money would be vile, and I would lose all respect for whoever did that.
I absolutely HATED the thought of this twist, but I absolutely LOVED the way it played out. It really puts people on the spot and makes them show their true colours. But you guys know as well as me if Britnee hadn't won that and one of the Diaper Alliance members won that, the season would have gone to shit so they essentially lucked out.
Too late in the season for this twist, and it really really really impacted the season. My pick to win from the beginning was Bruno, and he may just have had that thing in the bag if he pulled out a few wins when necessary- but of course the underdogs got the power and slung him out. I would be heartbroken if I were him. OH and let's be real it's called a Coup D'etat LOL!
Double evictions are amazing. The lack of production manipulation makes it super exciting to watch, because literally anything could happen at the drop of the dime! Sometimes our favourites go, but this time Queen B pulled out a win and sent home Pilar (who I must say got royally screwed in that PoV that she was slaying)
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this twist. It was a perfect opportunity to play up the fact that you didn't think you had certain votes. It also opened up their eyes as to who had whose votes in jury (it just didn't open up the Sleeping Giant's eyes..).
~ Overall, this is my favourite season of BBCAN. The only thing I dislike is that there were too many twists, but they all benefited Sarah so at the end of the day who will complain? NOT SARAH FANS =) Grats gurl! ~

Hmmm I get that Sarah benefitted from the twists; specifically the Special Power & the Triple Eviction ... but at the same time:
- Brittnee won the triple eviction HoH fair and square. All of them were in a position to win it; it just lucked out that one of the underdogs won it.
- Sarah had already won POV in the week of the Special Power & was safe. It benefited her because of who won the special power. But I do agree that maybe it was a bit too much... but the Coup d'etat (basically the power) has been used in the past with not as much criticism; and we all knew it was coming after Episode 1.
I do agree with you about being glad that Canada's vote to evict was Week One & the 'everybody is a HoH' twist ... it would've been interesting to see how Risha would've done.
The very first twist was the house having no furniture or food and the houseguests were forced to eat slop and sleep on the floor until they earn their personal belongings, furniture and food back.
You also forgot the double eviction.
You also forgot that one twist where Sindy and Bobby were locked in the vault and if they push their button they would be immediately evicted from the house but go home with $10,000.
There is also probably a few more... this season had a bunch of twists. But I can't think of anymore right now.
Carlisle I liked your opinions :) And yeah, Risha was definitely robbed. I actually got to see her at the Live Show and it was pretty sad, she was actually very intelligent.
