It does not make any sense though. Just bad writing. It involves time travel and it's just hard concept to grasp.

I’ve seen the film and totally understand where he’s coming from. Also, the fact that I’ve never seen an MCU movie (except for Thor 3, and IM 3) and was fully able to understand the film, without watching Infinity War was great! But goes to show you that you don’t have to watch anything else
