Only LOL and Dota players can get P1 Visas (Allows professional athletes to live in other countries to compete) and Leffen was denied a P1 so he got a vacation Visa.
He was deported for not paying taxes to the US government.
Although Leffen should have got at least a work permit and paid taxes.
