I just did some of them tengaged screenshot things that seem to be craze.
Basically my label is WHO THE HELL IS HE???

At what point do people start respecting you and when can I climb this Tengaged Hierarchy?

its funny how just because some people may be lower levels and newer than others that they get overlooked ;)
