I'm concerned for my health

I have this tiny red bump on my arm. Idk how long i've had it, but i noticed it was there today.

There's a small red spot around it on my skin... and the top of the bump looks like it's filled with pus.

I'm concerned... did something bite me? Am I gonna die?

Update: Idk what it is, but it's been there for about 24 hours. If it was deadly, I think the symptoms would be showing by now.
