Reasons why I think this:
-There is one shot in the preview shows a blue buff when they are showing someone getting medical attention, indicating its a Brains Tribe member (most likely)
-The hand in the shot (same shot as above) looks more like a mans hand than a womans
-The very last shot (in Redmond's post) shows someone on the stretcher thingy being carried towards the helicopter. You can't see much of the person, but you can make out from the persons legs that they are not African American (which rules out Cydney and Peter). You can also sorta make out some black shorts on the mystery person, and from the other press photos, Joe is wearing black shorts. The only other person in the photos wearing even close to black shorts is Scot.
-In the preview you can see Nick standing off to the side outside the huddle in one shot, ruling him out. You can also see Julia standing near by in another shot, ruling her out (you can't see her head, but you can see her tank top pretty clearly as well as her arms and legs, which don't at all look like Michele's or Anna's.
