Previously on Survivor... Joe, Rob, Russell, Amber, and Mike made a pact for Final 5. At the Immunity challenge castaways had to endure 3 obstacles first they started with a puzzle and once the puzzle was complete a bag of slats for a slat ladder were released and each slat only went in one certain place. Once they completed the ladder they would throw sandbags at various targets and the first person to raise their 3 flags won immunity. In the end it was Mike who won immunity keeping him safe at tribal. This would be the 2nd time Joe lost. At tribal in a 8-6 vote it was Colby Donaldson who was voted off.
