I don't understand why people neg on posts and/or designs, but they don't say why in the comments. If you are negging, you should have a reason, and the author of the post or designer deserves to know why. How else is someone supposed to improve their designs? I neg some, but I always leave a comment as to why. That helps them make better designs! It's called constructive criticism, and it's a good thing!
