One of my kids from work is going back home (out of state) to their mom after visiting their dad for about 6 weeks and attending the daycare i work at with her brother. I have had this child in the daycare for 4 summers now and she is aging out and will no longer be going to the daycare.
So today was supposed to be her last day, but she didn't show up today or yesterday. I assume she was spending time with her dad before heading back. However, today she stopped in to say goodbye BUT i was on my freaking lunch break so i wasn't in the building. I was told that they pulled out of the parking lot as i was pulling back in. Worst part is that I had to go back into the restaurant i got lunch from because they made my order wrong so i would have gotten back in time if they had gotten it right.
I hate this :( My kids needs to stop getting old on me :(
