Is it 100% confirmed that Paul is on S32?

The last time I checked, I heard he was asked but he declined. Now I saw on the list that he's on the season and paired with Natalie?

If Paul is on the season, I'm going to be so fucking pissed off! I hate the ground he walks on. He's so freaking annoying and gtfo! ugh :@ :@ :@
