and i feel like i did it completely wrong what do you guys use as a routine I just do the small weights not the barbells.....maybe I'm asking on the wrong site since all of you are overweight

I usually start with like a leg press machine, then do squats without weights, then sometimes go to squats with a bar (do low weight, maybe even just the bar if it's your first time since form matters more).
Then depending on the day ill do some cardio stuff that incorporates legs, like some jump squats or some like quick leg extensions.
