How to change avatar

Hi I'm new to this site and when I try to change my avatar it's just a blank screen where the avatar should be. I don't know if it is because I'm using my iPad or I'm just doing it wrong. Ps I also tried on my brother playstation 4

it has to be on a computer m8
but you can also download the puffin app to change your avatar

When you get to your computer, just to go your ME page and then click your avatar, then you will have a display of sliders and that's where you change it
