You guys are one step away from making it to the finals. This week's challenge is to submit your artist's most raw and emotional song.
Announcement:
Every Challenge has had a winner (s), top placements, and bottom placements. Based on this, I've come up with a point system. Whoever has the most point going into the finale will have a huge advantage. It's anyone's game!
The Point System:
Win: 3 points
Top: 1 point
Low: -1 point
BTM: -2 points
When you think emotional Katy Perry, you think Thinking of You or The One That Got Away. But for some reason, I always think of Not Like the Movies. To me it's very deep and bittersweet the way that she's in a seemingly happy relationship, but just because its happy doesn't mean the guy is THE one for her. And at the end when she has to tell him that one day she hopes HE finds the one like the movies. You can tell she cares about him and doesn't want to hurt him, but she knows it just isn't right.
this was a hard one, I instantly had one in mind but then upon relistening to some of marina’s other songs, this one really stood out and I simply have to submit it
