Johnny is FAR from perfect but I am pretty sure you're saying this out of nowhere. Unless you have seen something today that I am unaware of, I'm pretty sure it HAS stopped, and Johnny has acknowledged and expressed apologies for the comments he made in the past. It doesn't make it okay that he ever said something, but if he's at least actively trying to improve himself why are you bringing up old things and baiting?
The two of you need to either talk things out or both just leave each other the fuck alone and forget the other exists.
Also, if you're so appalled by his racist behavior, why the fuck is he your blog picture?

Akeria I'm not doubting he said those things EVER, I am commenting on Jake bringing them up NOW when Johnny has been actively trying to be better, as opposed to when it happened. This blog flat out says "it must stop" but it seems like it HAS stopped, unless someone can pull a recent receipt. I never tried to excuse anything he has done, I'm just saying focus on who someone is right now. And again, if he legitimately cares, why didn't he stop being friends with him at the time, and why is his blog picture of someone he thinks is racist? I don't make racists my blog pic.
cheritaisdelicious there's a screenshot of him saying the N word dated April 2020. Not even a year ago. I mean I understand you were off of the site for a long time, but I've been active for the past 8 years and I've seen him claim he's changed multiple times only to say something racist once again.
At the end of the day, you shouldn't be defending him. I 100% think Jake is calling Johnny out out of pure dislike, but the same can be said about you defending Johnny just because you like him. If you weren't friends with Johnny I could guarantee you wouldn't be here trying to normalize his racist past.
Akeria if the person had stated they were trying to be a better person I would try giving them a chance. Johnny is not an old friend of mine. I did not know him until last year and I would only consider him a friend the last few months. If he does things I find inappropriate i call him out on it. You can dig through his blogs if you want and you will find comments from me on some of the more questionable ones. My entire point is I don't give people free passes because I like them.
cheritaisdelicious Lmao that is the biggest irony I have ever heard in my life. When it was announced he was going to be mod, he literally stated he'd be perming me for joking about getting him fired from his job 5 years ago. I was FIFTEEN years old when I said that. He also threatened to ban Zach and Justme for things they did to him years ago.
So I really don't see why he gets another "chance" after using a racist slur last year, when he was willing to perm people for things they did half a decade ago.
Akeria I personally was not aware of those things until you said them. I know there is something between you and him, but I did not know he had said that. I don't agree with that but I feel like we are getting very far off topic. I was trying to dispute Jake's saying "it needs to stop" without providing anything to show it as CURRENTLY happening, as well as questioning why he would want that person as his blog picture.
