I got with this guy when I was 15 and I was seeing him for about 8 months and we did have sex.
About 2 months ago I was at a family function to only notice he was there also with his partner and 3 kids. To make things worse I was then told upon being re-introduced to him that he was indeed my 2nd cousin.
Finding this out 6 years after being in a relationship which involved sexual interaction I have had many sleepless nights and have developed depression and I have been diagnosed with bulimia.
Is this still classed as incest and should I speak to him about the issues I am suffering or let it slid by... I have never struggled so much with something in my whole life.

Yes it is incest at 2nd cousin level. However it was like you knew this! But not as bad a strain if you were first cousins. You may want to go to a therapist if this happened and its weighing on you.
