I just heard of this site today. It is similar to that of ebay but you use credits instead of money. The only time that you spend money is when you pay for shipping on an item. When you start up you get a free 500 credits, and then when you list items to be sold for credits, you get more credits. I have a few Hunger Games items up if you want to take a look.
