I made a really stupid decision yesterday to nominate my closest ally in my rookie game (only because he asked me too. I'm not THAT stupid). As a result the enemy alliance took control of the house and gave me my first nomination ever, along with my ally being evicted. HOWEVER, the leader of said enemy alliance was revealed to be a backstabber when she nominated one of her allies alongside me. Plus, thanks to negative voting, she got nominated as well, putting her fate in the hands of a guy who hates her, her inactive ally, and the current HoH. Also, last night I won my first game ever, which was awesome, because I finally won something thanks to being active.
I'm on the final day of my second game, and I think I'm in a good position. But anything can happen and I was involved in a blindside on the last day of the game which may have upset a few people. Hopefully everything works out and I can have a chance at winning the game. Whatever happens, I'm just happy to have made it as far as I have for my second straight game.
I kinda figured that I would lose to Paxton because while I was on a lot, he practically lived on the board. I tried to pull off a coup at the end, but I wasn't about to just spam nonsensically to up my average. Second place is pretty damn good for my first game ever.
In game two, I've officially guaranteed myself a spot in the top five, which means 14 days straight without getting nominated even once. I'm happy to say I've accomplished such a feat, and I hope I can win my second game.
I'm in the final five of my first game, and it feels nice to have made it through without really making enemies. Hell, even people I was competing against have been friendly to me. Here's a rundown of the players: Price, nominated every time, yet has survived to the final 5. He must be doing something right. Joe, quit on the first day. He couldn't take the heat. Tyler was one of the coolest people in the game. Very fun to talk to. Scheps, one of the best gamers, easily. He was on the block four times and he was always able to talk himself into safety. Cosgrove is the Irish God...of Ireland! He's a nice guy and no one ever had an unkind word, hence him never getting nommed. Shapiro was basically the same as Joe. He gave up when things didn't go his way early on. WTH was a threat that worried me immensely. And at the end, he kinda disappeared, so that's why he was eliminated. Paxton, the guy to beat, no doubt. He's such a strong competitor and he's always been nice throughout everything. And Ray was just the first casualty in a battle between two rival alliances. He was a nice guy that was unluckily nominated.
And in my other game, Lulz got evicted, which came as a huge shock to me. But it gives me more time to bond with Xoe, which is a good thing.
I made the final 5 for sure in my first game, which is good, but it is just a bittersweet victory, as my friend, TwoTonTyler took the fall for everything. I feel so sad that he is gone because he truly was a joy to talk to. But I won't let it get to me. I'm just gonna creep. Down to Pumpkin Hill, I've gota find my lost piece. I know that it's here, I can sense it in my feet. The Great Emerald's power allows me to feel.
In game two, things went well, although my arch nemesis Xoe survived. But during the day, I was able to become closer and accept her as a person. We're now best friends. I will have to vote her out though in order to maintain harmony in the house.
Still no nominations, which is good. It feels nice to have lasted this long in a game that requires a player to be social. I just hope I can keep it up and bring it to the home stretch. For Ray, I really do think he was a nice guy, and I'm sad to see him go. For Dan, I don't know who Dan even really is. Anyway, hooray for days 5 and 3.
