OK here is the thing we ALL know in our hearts that she MOST LIKELY did it...However if you look at the actual evidence there was nothing really to stick her with it...Was she a neglectful parent NO DOUBT...Do I believe she did it I SURE DO...Still if I was on that jury with the evidence and case and constant changes that the prosecution used there was no way I ever saw her being found guilty...It's sad but that is just how it works...If you can't prove your case you LOSE your case...Jurys can't vote based off emotion but instead off the cases presented to them...In other words blame the prosecution not the jury...
