I don't think they do. Every casting game I join it seems like I am the only one who plusses anymore and its because the n00bs never plus. You have to tell them to plus at least 4 or 5 times a game.
I've felt like that a couple games, so I just plus'd the people I knew plus'd back. Eventually, the people who didn't plus never got points and were kicked from the game. The only people left were the people who plus'd. :) +3!
