The Double Jeopardy Law or clause or whatever it is.If you dont know what that is, its basically Law that states that a person cannot be tried for the same crime twice. Ill give you some examples Casey Anthony cannot be tried again for the murder of her daughter.OJ Simpson cannot be tried again for the murder of his ex wife and Ron Goldman. So no matter what evidence comes into play in those 2 cases unless they get new suspects they cannot be tried again. That doesnt seem fair to me. Just because a prosecutor fucks up and doesnt present a good enough case a murderer can go free.Now Im not saying OJ Simpson or Casey Anthony are murderers those were just examples. But just think about it if a family member of yours got murdered and got acquitted and then 1 month later evidence surfaces comes forward that proves the suspect guilty and they still walk free wouldnt you be pissed??Like I said it just doesnt seem fair what do you think?
