Ive thought about this a lot.
Candice Stewart is a victim HOWEVER Jen Johnson was victimized 100000000000 xs more than Candice was.
Jen literally got burned with a cigarette, had Tea dumped on her and was insulted ostracized and just bullied by the entire house.
Jen Johnson is a victim beyond all means.

I think people consider Candice more of a victim since Candice literally did nothing to be bullied by half of the house, while Jen was responsible for at least 30% of Dick's treatment of her. Neither cases were ok though.
