I'm always going to bed at 5-6am and waking up at like 2pm but I can't try to go bed earlier as I won't be tired and I also can't try to go a whole day/night without sleep 馃様

Get up half hour early and then go to bed half hour earlier for a week and see how that goes

Or maybe dont go to sleep 1 day until ur tired at like 8-9 the next
Reset your circadian rhythm
