INSIDE SEATTLE GRACE HOSPITAL :
Isabella and Daniel and walking together, closely, walking down the hall.
Isabella says "I need to get back to the kids... And I know you need to work."
"Why aren't you an intern? We went to college together, you want to be a surgeon." Daniel asks.
"I couldn't." Isabella giggles. "Come on, go back to work."
"You know you want to do this program. I'm going to recommend you." Daniel says.
"It's too late." Isabella says.
"If not this year... Go next year. We can do this. TOGETHER." Daniel says.
"No. Go your own way. Don't slow down for ME!" Isabella says.
"I am already slowing down. And I'm gonna go through this with you. I will be with you every step of the way. We are partners in crime." Daniel says.
His pager goes off. "Oh, crap." Daniel runs down the hall.
ROOM 33 :
A young woman lies down on the hospital bed with a bandana.
"Sadie Tanner Marshall-Johnson, 28 years of age... Stage II lung cancer... It has shown slightly spread to other places... We may need to operate soon, but, we like you a lot so... We will try to do it sooner rather than later." Shannon says.
Daniel stands by the door looking at her, as a man walks in.
"Only family..." Daniel starts to say.
"I'm her husband." He cries. "What happened??"
"My cancer... It's getting worse... Sooner than we had imagined." Sadie says, trying not to cry. "We can be strong about this, Bobbie."
"I can't be strong." Bobbie sobs.
"We can." Sadie says, choking up.
Bobbie says "you can..."
"We will find a time when the O.R is open and try to help. I wish there was a cure. But, either way, we can prevent it from worsening." Shannon says. "We can try at least. No promises. But, we will try damn hard."
Daniel watches nervously.
Shannon says "Daniel. You may watch over her. But, remember. There is a hospital full of patients. You now have a list..." She gives him a piece of paper "of patients. Just to keep you busy. One is a sexual situation."
IN THE CLOSET :
Grant makes out with a man in the closet, and they take each other shirts off.
Grant moans "you are good at this stuff. Oh, my god... Timmy."
Timmy pulls off Grant's pants.
Joan opens the door and yells "Desi. Handle these fools! They are having sex!"
"Holy shoot!" Grant yells.
"Oh, we all knew don't be concerned. Both of you. Timmy. You didn't even HAVE a secret to keep. You're as straight as a god damn egg." Joan says.
Desi walks to the closet and shrieks "GO DO YOUR GOD DAMN JOB! Gosh, Grant..." She walks up to Grant. "You are a very disappointing surgeon. You lost that simple patient. You barely deserve to be here. If everyone else at this place didn't suck ASS, you'd be fired in an instant. Now... Stop NOT having children and GET TO WORK! DO YOUR GOSH DARN JOB!"
Grant and Timmy run the opposite directions.
Timmy buttons his shirt, and Grant pulls up his pants.
Jason watches from the chief's office and says "can we please fire her?"
Martin says "No, get out of my office."
"Why do you like her so much?" Raina, one of the interns, asks.
"Get out, Raina, you're an intern, I wouldn't miss you. And Jason. You're a nurse, and sort of a little bitch, you're like sauerkraut, you ARE okay, but no body's favorite. Now, we ALL realize, you're all dead weight. Get out of my DAMN office before I fire BOTH of you." Martin says.
They walk out.
Jason says "We NEED to get that bitch fired."
"I know right? No body likes her." Raina says.
They walk by the girls room, and Desi walks out.
Desi stares at them as they walk away. "Well then." She walks away.
ROOM 41 :
A Latina woman lies down on the bed and files her nails, wearing an incredibly revealing, grey sequined dress on, that has it's whole stomach cut out.
"Marita Moonshine Opamotisa... Wait... Marìa Opamotïs?!" Victoria asks, excitedly.
"Yes... Please do not make a huge deal." Marìa says.
"EVERYONE IT IS POP SUPER STAR MARÌA OPAMOTÏS!" Victoria screams.
Joan screams "NO BODY CARES, DO YOUR DAMN JOB, SHE MAY BE—"
A whole group of female interns run into the room, with some males.
"IS YOUR BABY, JOQUINN OKAY?!" Female intern, Harriet shrieks.
"You ignorant slut, I Beyoncé faked my pregnancy. How did you not tell?! It came out Asian, and somehow turned black. How did no one even have an idea it was fake?! Ugh... The new generation." Marìa groans.
"What the hell?!" Harriet cries. "MY LIFE IS OVER!"
"Next??" Marìa asks.
ROOM 27 :
Desi walks in and gasps. "Holy Canoli! Um... Okay... Craig John Gomez. 54 years of age. And... Mollioop Adrian Strong-Gomez. 23... Years of age." She coughs uncomfortably. "So... Craig, you are stuck in that... Position. I'm assuming from..."
"Sex." Molli laughs.
"I feel as if she could be your great grand daughter." Desi says. "No judgement. But, what exactly happened? Did you do it wrong?"
"Okay, so it started when Grandpa... Sarcastic grandpa. Incest is a 'no no', wait is incest only between siblings? Who cares?" Molli asks.
"No one." Desi says. "I asked, what went wrong. Not about your sex life."
"Hey! This technically isn't a sex life, we are married!" Molli says. "Okay, so Crai Crai, that's my pet name for Craigy. Okay, he got this book called 'how to have hot hot sex : with 69 crazy sex positions, by Miley Cyrus.'"
"Hun, it wasn't Miley Cyrus." Craig says.
"THIS IS MY STORY." Molli says. "So, we were on position 51 and then we couldn't get it out."
"Then, why do you have some clothes on?" Desi asks.
"Well, if I came here 'California Gurlz' style, it'd be awkward." Molli says.
"What was the position?" Desi says.
"It was called 'California—" Molli says.
"EW, I JUST LOOKED IT UP. WHAT THE HELL?! I see how you got stuck now... Um... I can just separate you two." Desi says.
IN THE PEDIATRICS CENTER :
Isabella builds a tower with the children, and looks up and sees Daniel.
"Hey. Why are you here?" Isabella asks.
"I got you a spot saved for next year." Daniel says.
"Is that how this works?" Isabella asks.
"I don't know, he may have just been humoring me..." Daniel starts to say.
"Not the spot opening up for me... This relationship. I said no." Isabella says, with a fake smile.
"I know you want this..." Daniel says.
"You know nothing. I can't talk about this infront of the children. But, I'm hiding resentment. I kind of want you to get an incurable disease like, ugh... I don't even care Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease."
ROOM 27 :
"WHAT HAPPENED?" Molli screams.
"HE HAD A HEART ATTACK!" Desi yells.

"I am suing this place!" Molli cries.
"Okay... You do that." Desi says, rolling her eyes.
Marìa does her nails and says "Your relationship won't last 5 seconds. Sorry... Not really."
Grant screams "I AM THE BEST SURGEON HERE, YOU UNEDUCATED SLUT!"
Desi slaps someone.
Joan says "always know a lost cause. THIS IS A LOST CAUSE."
"NO!" Isabella cries.
Sadie cries "I am gonna die."
