SUMMER 2014, INSIDE THE HOSPITAL :
Christina says "this corridor... Is old and creepy."
"Get over it." Cristina says.
Christina and Old Cristina reach the end of the corridor and enter a doorway.
The door is hard to open the door but then it rips off.
Christina jumps at the door ripping off.
"Be a woman." Cristina says.
Christina cries "how? Great aunt Tina..."
"Don't call me that. Call me Dr. Yang." Cristina says.
Cristina walks in the room, all she sees is an old outfit on a shelf. She goes up to it and it says 'Dr. Isobel Stevens, MD'
"Izzie..." Cristina mumbles.
1975, IN THE HOSPITAL ROOM AT THE END OF THE CORRIDOR :
Izzie is shuffling through stuff "where are the drugs?! I need to save her... Before the illness spreads."
Corella walks in and says "looking for these?" Corella holds up the drugs in a box.
Izzie gasps "where did you get those?"
Corella says "I don't take and tell."
"Those are for patients don't you dare say... You stole the drugs that keep you alive forever didn't you?" Izzie asks.
"Santlination." Corella says. "I think at least, I don't remember. It keeps me alive."
"That is for patients! We need them for Joan." Izzie says.
"Cristina told you... Didn't she?" Corella asks.
"Told me what?" Izzie asks.
"Don't play dumb. You are smart enough to be a doctor. I know you know."
"I don't know that I know." Izzie says.
Corella grabs a drug. "I know this drug could kill you. Want to play dumb still?"
Carmel walks down the corridor. "Which room is Lana in?"
Lana screams "478! HELP ME!"
Carmel says "oh my god." She opens the door. "You need to shut the hell up!" She whips her with a belt she hung up on the door. She takes a drug and puts more inside her. "This drug, is gonna make your lungs hurt every time you try to scream. I made it. It's a mix of 2 drugs."
Lana cries and croaks "please..."
"No..." Carmel says. "You deserve this."
Estelle points a gun at Carmel's head. "Let Lana go... Or I'll shoot."
Lana smiles slightly.
Carmel says "yeah... I don't believe you."
Estelle asks "do you REALLY think I wouldn't?"
Estelle shoots the wall.
Carmel screams "YOU OLD BAT!" She slaps Estelle.
Estelle shoots Carmel in the chest.
Carmel groans "AH!" And collapses.
IN THE CORRIDOR :
Priya walks to the drug cabinet and opens the door.
Natalie is on the ground.
"The more you try to fidget and escape... The more it hurts..." Priya says. "You are lucky that Topper is still alive... If he died... I'd slit your throat right now... Oh wait... Maybe you're unlucky then... Death would be 10 times better than what I'm putting you through."
Natalie cries "why?"
"You shot Topper. I love Topper. You hurt him. I hurt you." Priya takes a knife and stabs her in the throat. "You won't die because... My drug prevents you from death. You will go through the same amount of pain he went through. But 10 times worse."
"AH!" Natalie tries to scream but can't.
"Give up." Priya says.
IN ELSIE'S ROOM :
Elsie wakes up and gasps "oh my god... Brittany... BRITT!"
Cristina covers Elsie's mouth "shut up!"
"Brittany was a good person. She was the good in the world." Elsie cries.
"She was a murderer. She was the wicked. No one mourns the wicked." Cristina says.
"She wasn't though. You are." Elsie cries picking the scalpel up. "It's time for you to go."
Cristina grabs a drug and says "don't."
Elsie runs at Cristina.
IN JOAN'S ROOM :
Matthew and Cody walk in.
Matthew says "joan... We need to make a big decision before you do much more..."
"What have I done?" Joan asks.
Cody coughs out blood "AGH!" Cody collapses.
"How did this happen?!" Joan cries.
Matthew goes down to Cody whose eyes are closed. "He is dead..."
"So soon?!" Joan cries. "How?!"
"It happens. Sometimes... Bad flus... Are faster to kill weaker people." Matthew says.
Joan cries "kill me..."
Priya walks down the hall and notices Cody dead. "Wow."
IN CORRIDOR :
Izzie runs down "NEIL. NEIL!"
She notices Carmel "oh my god."
Neil says "YOU HAVE TO GO!"
"Not without you!" Izzie cries.
Estelle says "we have to hide the body. Carmel doesn't get to live."
Izzie says "Corella is not close behind."
"THEN GO!" Neil says.
Lana sighs "she is finally gone.
Estelle says carrying Carmel "I'll hide the body. I'll get Brittany, too."
She drags Carmel and Brittany in a bag behind them. She notices Cody "huh..." She continues to walk. She walks out and kicks them both into a hole. "No one will mourn either of you."
As Lana sits down a girl is thrown into the hospital through a glass door and the power goes out.
Lana crawls over and notices Margo next to her. Barely breathing.
PROMO FOR THE NEXT EPISODE :
Margo is sleeping on a hospital bed.
"What happened?" Izzie asks.
Priya says "no one knows."
Margo cries "I don't want to die... I survived here once... This hospital is the best... But more and more people are dying."
Corella screams "WE KEEP THAT GIRL... OR I WILL KILL... YOU ALL...!"
