I mean he's not a good quarterback so even if he happened to get signed he would be maybe 3rd string even if he didn't get cut. The only thing he has ever had was a good arm. Also, it's his own fault he is not signed. He had a contract in San Fran but decided to opt out on his behalf.

He's probably better than 1/3rd of starters and any backup out there
And in terms of his talent hes a bottom tier probably maybe 33-35 best QB out there. No good accuracy, plays a read option only type offense which has been pretty much exposed and doesn't work, and his stats prove he isn't very good
