Been up 26 ish hours so far got up at 2am UK time but the plane was delayed coming back from Cuba as it had to divert to Canada due to an medical emergency so finally got onto the plane at 11:30am to Mexico a total of 11 hours sat on the plane really tired now but don鈥檛 want to go sleep yet just to knock my body clock into Mexico time
