I no longer think Henry is the killer. My number 1 suspect is,Maggie aka "The Wedding Planner" Here is why in mysterys the killer is usually the quiet one. None of the killings require much physical labor as well here is how i think she killed each of the following.

Cousin Ben: She hired somebody in Seattle to do it for her. How easy could that be you know?

Uncle Marty: There is only one person who doesn't have to be at the welcoming party? Maggie. she easily could have gone out shot uncle marty and be done with him.

Pastor: Maggie is the last person to see the pastor. and when he said he's going to go for a walk she has a strange smirk on her face. It would be easy for her to attach a rope. She knows the island and the path he'd take.

Kelly: Maggie obviously knows where kelly lives and kelly seems like the girl maggie wouldn't want to be around and just get rid of.

Hunter: Assuming Maggie in her life has worked with boats it would be easier for her to rig up a gun to the boat. Again she didn't have to be at the parties.

Booth: Killed Himself

Richard: In harpers globe Robin gives the keys she found to Maggie who belongs to a fisherman meaning she easily could have gotten into the tools grab a harpoon and let it go. Plus Maggie clearly has a copy of the old magazines and most likely has the keys to all the rooms easy to slip the papers into Richards briefcase.
