#18- Quinn (Glee)- Okieeee.. I love this girl soooooo much. She basically has a thing with every boy in the Glee club! She is the RIGHT amount of sass and funny while some other characters are kind of over the top! Her situation was ironic because she was president of the Virgin club ;).. She is pretty amazing though and has basically changed into this SUPER nice person! And I loved how her and Santana hooked up at the wedding! ;)
#19- Carol (The Walking Dead)- After the first 2 seasons.. Carol was my favorite on the show and she is still one of my tops! She has changed soooo much from season 1.. In season 1 she was getting abused by her husband and now she is an older lady bad ass! It sucked how Rick kicked her out of the group for a little and she was MIA... But she came back and rocked it! Look at the flowers Lizzie!
#20- Castiel (Supernatural)- I've also had a love/hate relationship with this guy! All of my friends LOVE LOVE LOVE him while I am indifferent about him at the moment. He has his good moments and then he has his horrible moments! At first.. I HATED him, then I liked him.. Then I loved him.. Then I hated him.. Now I'm indifferent! He still has his moments and that's why he made TOP 20 :P
#21- Frozen (Once Upon A Time)- I wanted both of these characters on my ranking so I decided to rank them together! I loved how the writers already wrote in Elsa and Anna into their story! I found it as a breath of fresh air! They made me laugh soooo much during the first half of the season. I'm gonna admit though.. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought they were going to ruin the show! Very good job though!
#22- Andrea (The Walking Dead)- I catch up on some of the fans of TWD.. And they ABSOLUTELY Hate Andrea! I understand why they do because she tries soooooo hard to be a good guy, but ends up on the wrong side... #TeamShane... #TeamGovernor... She tries though and I love her for that :)
#23- Elliot (Scrubs)- She's an amazing actress who I love btw... She killed it in Scrubs though! She was super funny and the right amount also! It was obvious that her and JD were gonna end up together (I can't think of anything else though. I need to rewatch)
#24- Prince Charming (Once Upon A Time)- Love him as well! He wasn't really there at the beginning besides when they showed The Enchanted Forest!.. He is great though! The hero that everyone loves and can count on! He has some funny moments also! :)
#25- Kitty (Glee)- I actually just finished catching up on Glee and she KILLED that last episode! It's like when Quinn and Santana had sex they had a baby and it ended up being Kitty. I say that because Kitty is definitely a mix of Quinn and Santana which makes her AMAZING! Her thing with Artie was great also! :)
