My dad broke his femur, they are doing surgery but they don't know how long he'll be in the hospital, most likely 2-3 days. I have to go to work now since someone has to bring money in.. but it sucks since I haven't slept since midnight last night and I got a 9 hour shift ahead of me. Joy.
I'm about to leave to go see my dad in the hospital. My sister is okay, but my dad - they think he broke his hip and are doing x-rays on his leg. i'll let u know what they say when i get back. thanks for the support, it means a lot.
I just found out that my dad and sister were involved in a car accident :(
they were hit by someone who was turning at a stoplight. they had a yellow but it went red and they were still going and my dad had green and started going and they hit.. my dad says his hip hurts but my sister is fine and the car is totaled. :S
I've really been wanting to get my feet wet in doing a radio show and I figure that tengaged is a good topic to do one on. I wanna start a show that I would plan on running at least 4-5 times a week (probably wouldn't be able to do one on weekends, or maybe just do one for the weekend).
The show would start at 6pm Eastern US time and go for an hour (maybe 30 minutes on some days).
These are some daily features I was thinking about:
-Stars Updates (with the time slot, day change would occur during the show)
-Game Watch (updating on games that are ending during the day)
-Betting Suggestions
-Call-in Segments
-Player of the Day
-Feud of the Day
-Crime Watch (basically this would be like examining drama in a game and saying if its a crime, something just for fun).
What do ya'll think? Would you be interested? I would also be looking for a co-host as well, or multiple co-hosts if need be.
