As women we are expected to wear a full face of makeup to be " presentable " because if someone was more qualified and wasn't wearing makeup and another was less and looked more " presentable " they'd get the job... It's so dumb. I once applied for a job and they said I didn't look presentable enough because I didn't wear makeup and they don't want that as a face for their company.

Yeah I hate that, although some jobs will state if it鈥檚 a requirement, beauty industry, cabin crew etc.
