well i will try to help

1) THe eviction points - when you vote for eviction you give either 1,2 or 3 points so the one with the most gets evicted.

2) Next to peoples comments are ticks and crosses (negs) - so i think if someone gets a lot of ticks they are safe and lots of negs they go up but i am not entirely sure how that works.

3) Spam is when you flood the main page with lots of comments one after the other.
