Castings are absolutely ridiculous. Not because sometimes they get slow. Infact, slow castings can actually be fun. It's because...Ummm...Well...it's kinda hard to explain. SCENARIO TIME! :3
Suppose you join a Castings...There are two types of people there, that you WILL find annoying. One of those types, are in immature ten year olds sitting in their basement, using their mommy's computer that she uses for work. These people get on my nerves. This one person had three votes in the first round, wasn't even nominated, and went crazy. They went "I AIN'T VOTING! F*** THIS GAME! F*** TENGAGED!" The game was in an absolute state of pandamonium. Why can't people understand that the first round, when people nominate, it's usually randomized? It took about an hour of convincing before the people FINALLY convinced him to vote. They all told him they didn't vote him off in the last round. XD His last words were "If you guys are lying...I will send you a TON of hate mail." OH MY GAWD! SCARY MAIL! IT'S GONNA HURT ME! WHATEVER WILL I DO!? And the funny thing is...I haven't recieved ONE bit of hate mail.
The second types of people that join Castings are the those people that first make their account, and take ten minutes to figure out how to join a game. Ok, maybe not TEN minutes, but that's how long it took me. xD Anyways, these people are usually the first to join. Then when nobody joins the game in five minutes, they go "I'm bored, I'm leaving." Now, if you know, when one person leaves the game, the WHOLE game gets screwed up. Because, obviously, not everyone can join up again at the same time. They live in different time zones, and have different lives. Also, once they log off...they'll only log back on every two days. It gets extremely annoying. On the bright side, you usually get in 10th place in Castings for existing. xD
Now, I know this is getting kinda lengthy, but hear me out. Castings are ridiculous, cause those two people make it unfun. I don't wanna argue with people for an hour on a game where you win nothing but virtual money and virtual karma, or have someone just sitting there...dead basically. To the Tengaged staff, you are doing a GREAT job with this site, but I beg you. IF there's a way to get rid of inactives, and automatically eliminate anybody acting up, PLEASE do so. And by "acting up" I don't mean when someone calls another a threat, or accuses them of being a premade. I mean the ones who neg everyone, harassing everyone, swearing every four seconds, and dissing YOUR site. The Castings setup is tolerable, at best. Please fix these errors, some way, some how, and I will love you forever Tengaged. <3

I agree with you for the most part. I played a casting game where there were 10 of the 15 people were inactive for more than a day. The game took forever. On the flip side... having a bunch of inactives means that you can move right on up to the finals with no problem.
