Making castings quick like rookies was the worst thing randomize could've possibly done (in my opinion).
Quick rookies is bad enough, with all the huge premades. Now castings will be the same. I thought castings were supposed to be for the new players? Now it'll just be harder for new players, because premades will join all dressed as noobs.
