I never competed or went to one but I've been actively involved in the competitive dance world for 11 years and they have similarities. I have no problem with people competing and I'm all for them but only if the children want to do it, if the child doesn't want to enter the pageants and their parents force them to do it, then I believe it is wrong, but otherwise I'm fine with them
