If you're gonna start watching Big Brother USA for the firs time, you should watch a "REGULAR" season which is with the original format, no twists etc.. so I would say BB3(Old Skool) or BB10

Don't watch Season 7 yet, that's the worst advice you can give someone who's going to watch Big Brother for the first time... Big Brother 7 is ALL-STARS... O_O
