You an learn to get better, but you can't learn if your voice is like really terrible no.

The ability to sing is really something you're born with. With lessons you can become better though.

YES even if you are horrible at it, you can still learn to sing, because practicing will stretch out your vocals and allow more smoother sounds to be sung.

Yes!!!!! Honnie... I started figuring out chords on the piano 6 months ago and that when I started practicing.. I was sooooooo freaking bad and now I'm at the very least decent :p  But yeah you can!!
