Your argument lacks substance. Yes, there is reason that Gary was already evicted but what does that prove?
When Gary returned back, he aligned himself with Jillian / Emmett knowing that he couldn't go further without them. Then when given the chance, he eliminated Emmett. Gary played a good game and you can't deny that the way he re-entered the game was through a social competition and social game play is important in Big Brother.
Though rigged or not... You can't argue with that..
Cause if you say that Gary was evicted before that's why he didn't deserve to win..
