I absolutely hate writer's block. Especially when I'm trying to write 8000 words in one day, and I'm only 2000 words away from my goal. And then I remember; I have to write another 8000 words tomorrow, too. Serves me right for skipping an entire week of writing on my 50,000 word goal for this month.
Word count so far: 21240/50000.
By my calculations, I should have 30,000 today. So I'm about 9000 words behind, 11000 if I count tomorrow's daily wordcount of 2000.
Not that this matters much to any of you. I just felt like blogging about how my brain is about to explode.
And I don't even have any coffee.
*sob*
Meanwhile, in my current castings, I got a key and didn't tell anyone, whereas one guy who told me not to show off about my comp score for the day, showed off by saying he got the first key.
Funny, eh?
EDIT: On the off chance any of you DO care, you can always mail ideas for 'filler' plots, aka the actiony puzzly stuff that happens in the middle of the story. I already have the beginning, and I know how I want it to end (for this book, anyway), but it's the middle parts I always have an issue with it seems. The setting is fantasy, with magic, btw, so feel free to Mail me any of your ideas if you don't want anyone else to see it. Or just comment below if you don't give a flying fuck who sees it, lol. If I use any of them I might blog about it (and give credit, obviously!), who knows.
