A lot of information has come to the house today. It doesn't look like Michael is going to take the ballsy shot at Monte or Joe, even though I personally think he should. I think Michael and Brittany should closely align with Kyle and Alyssa and have Daniel as a shield/ally. As much as Daniel annoys me and I think he's garbage, I was rooting for Michael to have as much protection in the game as possible. Even with Daniel gone, if Kyle, Alyssa, Indy, Jasmine, or Terrance win HoH next week, I think Michael is in a lot of trouble. I don't think Monte/Joe would jump out on a limb to save him especially if they are convinced that he sincerely considered targeting them.

Michael definitely shouldn't take the shot at Joseph or Monte. It's way too early for that. Backdooring Daniel/Kyle is the best for his game.
I would agree if I knew for a fact Festie Besties would be ending this week. Without Michael and Brittany having a shield, it's very possible that if a non-leftover or even Kyle wins HoH, final nominations would be Michael/Brittany. At that point, I don't see why it would make sense for anyone to evict Brittany over Michael.
Fezco I could see that but Joseph and Monte are fully loyal to the Leftovers as of rn. I think it's too early for a move like that. Tbh this wasn't a great week for him to win HOH. While he needs to make the move at some point, it's too early. If he makes the move, he risks 1. not getting Joseph or Monte out and pissing off the Leftovers and 2. the Leftovers turning on him.
Michael needs the support of everyone he can get going into next week, and while yes, people will be happy to see Daniel go, the only person he can really count on to have his back next week would be Brittany.
If he flipped, he would have the full support and protection if any of the following people won HoH:
Kyle
Alyssa
Jasmine
Indy
Daniel
Terrance
Brittany
That's 7 out of the 10 people competing. He would only be in danger if Monte/Joe, Taylor or Turner won HoH, and if he were to make the move, I think he would have the votes to stay over Brittany.
Without making the move, I don't think he would have a single vote to stay against Brittany if he found himself on the block.
He's the prime backdoor candidate for anyone outside of the Leftovers. If he takes the shot now, he's likely going to be backdoored the first chance anyone gets to backdoor someone.
