weights are nice for building muscle but if your primary goal is to lose weight, cardio is far superior. You burn way more calories in doing moderate-intensity cardio than weights
eoin If you’re doing weights that’s good and you’re a good weight already - you’re probably undergoing body recomposition (building muscle, losing fat) and maybe you can start tracking your progress with pics or measurements (eg waist) or body fat % instead in addition to weight?
And as far as cardio if you want to incorporate it but hate sweating or intense cardio, I think walking is very underrated and you could even just make sure you walk a certain amount per week and maybe it’ll help budge the scale for you. Or you could dance in your room if you enjoy doing that :p it doesn’t have to be running or something you dislike
