Sad and stressed... Don't remember the last time I really felt happy. Gotta do something tomorrow that I've been dreading for a while, and it's just going to make the anxiety worse. I can't sleep :/

aww im sorry to hear this, it sucks it does. the only thing u can rly do is let it pass or take control of whatevers making u feel bad n get rid of it.
as for anxiety maybe try calming urself by putting an ice pack on ur chest n just chillin for a while. helps the nerves or woteva
