Saturday night I noticed that my kitty of 11 years that had been a little sick had taken a major turn for the worse. She had gone blind in Her left eye already and had a small left ear infection. We had her on antibiotics but they had stopped days before. Now it seemed she was losing the vision in her right as well, she could not stand up was falling over, when she could stand only made right turns and could not find the water or food. I figured this is it the time had come to send her to the Great Scratching Post in the Sky. So I got her into the Vet Sick at my stomach thinking this was it. They take her back for a quick once over and the Vet comes back with Her. "She has a Major Inner Ear infection in her Left ear is all 6 more weeks of Antibiotics and she will be good as new. and she should even get the sight back in the right eye" I was floored why on the first trip did they not see that. money aside if they had seen that before and given me the extra Meds she would have never had the relapse. But Thanks to every one Tengaged here that gave me support when we thought she was going to be put down.
Hey Dragon...You are sooo lucky lost my kitty last year...broke my heart!! I miss him so much..he was 16yrs old...Hope your kitty is starting to feel better!! :)
