BACKGROUND INFO: my form tutor at school hates me! and trys to "throw me under the bus" at whatever oppurtunity she gets.
ok, so i was in registration, sitting on my table and my teacher comes in and says "get off the table" so i do and started swinging on my chair, she then says "get out!" so i do that aswell.
i was outside for like 3 minutes, when the bell rang i walked back in the classroom to get my school shoes, but she stopped me with her arm, so i literally GENTLY touched her arm with stomach to see if she would move and she did, then i went to lesson and got on with my day..
untill.. my head of year came and found me at lunchtime, and said that miss had rang him saying that i pushed her forcefully! (which is complete bullshit). so then im supposedly getting suspended, for assault!
p.s. they didnt even hear my side of the story
please help, what do i say? do? so i dont get suspended!
