The broadcaster did make note and said "it appears a man has fallen" but it didn't seem serious at the time, the game continued (the fall was never shown) the camera remained on A-Rod the entire time. Its just crazy to think someone died, and the game didn't even stop for more than 30 seconds @_@
You could even hear the shock from the fans live during the broadcast @_@
