I literlly just did push ups and ate primarily meat & kale/spinach and I got in shape super fast.
People who complicate it don't know what the fuck they're talking about.
I wouldn't say it's easy. It can be very difficult to motivate yourself. I eat pretty healthily but I've been trying for the last few months to continuously work out -- I live in an environment/household that isn't very supportive so it's difficult at times to keep up with it and stay dedicated
