The more insecure I feel the more competitive I become in literally everything.
Weird. Anyway I’m doing forearms today for the first time in months and I’m ready to die. I have a marginally big chest but my forearms are so average even though I workout literally daily.
If you guys know any at home solid forearm workouts LMK because I can’t find any that aren’t like “NO WEIGHT WRIST CURLS!!!” when that’s super lame
