well if it's the most voted design it goes to the auctions where you have to bid on it to get it.. it generally requires a lot of money :/

First, it needs to get to the auctions. Then, keep placing bets on it until you win, or wait until someone posts it in the shops. But, you'll need more money. To get that, you should bet on what we call "Charity Games", which are games where everyone agrees who will win before it begins. This allows betters to win the bet easily.
