Now I haven't been in a Castings for some time now because I'm waiting for my shipment of my new laptop to come on in, and then once I have it, I'll be right back on.

Not really.  They usually fill a bit faster towards the end of the enrollment.  From what your game looks like, I'd say check back in 2 hours max.
