Who else thinks this cast is such a waste? I mean, the 4 returners is a good twist but having two people as siblings of past house guests that kicked ass in the game too? So many people want to play Big Brother, so I feel like they could have made the cast much better.
I didn't like 3 of the returners in their seasons (I didn't watch BB14, so no opinion about Frank), but I actually don't mind them now in this season. I also like the siblings, but I don't know; they could have been much more creative with the cast.
Honestly, I was hoping this season was Allstars 2. But I do agree there are more people who deserve an opportunity (who are knew) but they have had all new houseguests before and started back up after season 14 but probably wanted to shake things up by placing veterans and two siblings like how they had Elissa Slater, Rachel Riley's sister in season 15 in a pool of newbies. Season 14 is most similar to this season having only four returnees. Season 14 consisted of Dan, Janelle, Britney, and Mike Boogie. Next season will either be an allstars or consist of a whole new cast. I think the returnees they could have had four people who placed 7th in their season or were evicted week two of their season. But bringing back James and Da'vonne I feel like they could have waited since they played last season, but they are single parents so I think it is a far shot for them again. Tiffany, I feel should have been casted a season later (which makes me think season 19 will be allstars 2). Overall, CBS could have brought back faces that everyone has seen several times before but I am glad they didn't. Even if Nicole had multiple chances her season. I do think the four returnees added a decent twist.
Just remember next season may have all new faces or be another allstars. By looking at the seasons past 14 excluding this season it'll probably be all new faces. :)
TheIconicBlackOut BB15 was the first season of Big Brother I ever watched, so I'm not very familiar with All Stars and whatnot. Having Elissa in BB15 was fine, but just having 4 returners and 2 siblings in one season (especially so close to BB16/17) is just too much.
Allstars is just a season with the top returnees of their season return. Like season 7 was the first all stars and featured houseguests from seasons 1-6
Just remember next season may have all new faces or be another allstars. By looking at the seasons past 14 excluding this season it'll probably be all new faces. :)
